As part of our work to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of the people we work with we are putting on a women-only yoga session every Tuesday at 10.30am to encourage relaxation and provide a release of tension.
It is open to women of any age and ability. You will learn how to stretch and move your body to maintain strength and flexibility, breathing techniques to keep you calm and focused, and how to challenge your balance and develop stability.
