Mental Health Awareness Week Activities

Mental Health Awareness Week 2019 will take place between Monday 13th and Sunday 19th May 2019. The theme for 2019 is Body Image – how we think and feel about our bodies.

The Wellbeing Service will be holding a variety of events throughout the week, raising awareness around how we feel about our body image and the impact this has on our mental health.

Monday 13th May

The Wellbeing Service is teaming up with City and Islington College to provide students with a fun and interactive evening session around body image, how to spot the signs of mental health plus a Mindfulness session.
