This year's Summer Wellbeing Festival took place on Saturday 29th June between 12.30 and 4.30 outside Manor Gardens Welfare Trust, stretching along the street to the Library and Royal Northern Gardens.
We closed our road, Manor Gardens N7 6LA, for the whole day for our Community Festival, and hosted a wide range of wellbeing, craft, food and fun stalls for all ages. Our own Preloved Stalls and tombola plus our Afternoon Tea Tent on the lawn meant that everyone had something to look at. A very welcom ice cream van kept us cool on the very hot day. We were entertained by local bands, food stalls, a mini fairground, plus taster sessions for yoga and marshall arts on our Street Stage.
There were over 56 stalls promoting wellbeing and to encourage people to live well as well as craft stalls. Hundreds of people participated in the event, despite the heat, and a good day was had by all.
We'd like to thank all of those who helped make the day such a success, including local Shopfitters Robert May.
We will be holding a Winter Wellbeing Festival on 6th February 2020 at the Town Hall as part of Time to Talk day.
