Staff and partners celebrated World Mental Health Day today with a relaxing Gratitude Breakfast in our new open space.
Staff were able to take time to relax and chat together over a light breakfast before sharing stories about people they felt gratitude towards. Then everyone wrote a beautiful postcard to someone they wanted to thank.
It was an important opportunity to take care of our own mental wellbeing before helping clients with the pressures of the cost of living crisis.
