Manor Gardens’ Services work with vulnerable people in North London, particularly in Islington. Our drop-in events during the week are open to everyone and we work closely with people to assess their needs and then provide one-to-one and group support, advocacy and information.
Alima's work recognised in New Year's Honours List!
Alima Dimonekene, who has worked for Manor Gardens carrying out our FGM support and prevention work for many years, has been honoured with an MBE in the New Year's Honours List for her work as a lifelong campaigner and activist on FGM and violence against women and girls for over 30 years in the UK and Africa.

Award for islington's food work
Islington has been granted Bronze status in the prestigious Sustainable Food Places Awards. The bid, led by Islington Food Partnership and hosted by Manor Gardens Welfare Trust, saw the Borough judged on its response to several major issues, including food poverty, food waste, sustainability, supply chains and access to healthy food.
