Manor Gardens Welfare Trust has launched its updated Strategy 2025–2030 and Theory of Change. These documents highlight our vision for strong communities where everyone can enjoy good health, resilience, and opportunity. Manor Gardens is committing to addressing systemic and intersectional barriers, collaborating with communities, and driving innovative approaches to deliver meaningful change for communities facing inequalities in Islington and beyond.

Our Four Strategic Goals:
1. Reduce Inequalities: Address systemic and intersectional barriers to improve access and outcomes for underserved communities.
2. Strengthen Partnerships: Collaborate to amplify community voices and co-produce solutions to tackle inequalities.
3. Build Knowledge and Innovation: Advance understanding and innovation to serve marginalised communities and influence policy.
4. Build Operational Resilience: Strengthen financial and operational foundations to sustain and grow our services.”
