Introducing Our 2025–30 Strategy and Theory of Change
We’re excited to share our refreshed Strategy 2025–2030 and Theory of Change, which outline our commitment to reducing inequalities, amplifying community voices, and building resilience.
We prevent the escalation and deepening complexity of difficulties experienced by people which impact upon their life opportunities, health and wellbeing.
“I am not struggling for food or clothes anymore, and my children are on a path of a better future” – Starting Well Service User
We have expertise in person-centred, culturally-tailored interventions for diverse communities from childhood to adulthood. Our team speaks over 12 local languages and we host specialist interventions including bilingual health advocacy, the only specialist service for FGM survivors in the UK and peer-led mental health support.
“At Manor Gardens, I can let my guard down and be myself” – psychotherapy client
We inform and develop our work and influence to effect wider system change and create a greater impact, such as the development of the first guidelines for therapists working with FGM survivors and hosting the award-winning Islington Food partnership.
