Preparing for 2025 and onwards

We are proud to launch our Strategy 2025–2030 and Theory of Change, charting a clear path to achieve our vision of strong communities where all people have good health, resilience, and opportunity.

Our new strategy focuses on four key goals:

  1. Reducing Inequalities
We will address systemic and intersectional barriers by delivering accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services. Our peer-led models and multilingual support will ensure equitable access for underserved communities.
  2. Strengthening Partnerships
By collaborating closely with diverse communities, local authorities, and voluntary sector partners, we aim to amplify community voices and co-produce effective solutions to tackle inequalities.
  3. Building Knowledge and Innovation
We are committed to developing evidence-based, peer-led service models and advancing research to inform policy and improve outcomes for marginalised groups.
  4. Building Operational Resilience
To sustain our work, we will enhance our financial and operational efficiency and invest in robust infrastructure, ensuring we can respond effectively to the evolving needs of our community.

Our Theory of Change underpins this strategy by outlining how these actions lead to lasting impact: improving access, fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring long-term resilience.
